HOW TO BUILD YOUR OWN CUSTOM GIFT BOX:

1. Select a wooden box with an abundant floral vase arrangement, bud vase of flowers or a potted plant. Add your selection to your shopping cart.

2. Choose other items from our gift box products category, we recommend 5 to 12 products. Add your selections to your shopping cart.

3. Edit your shopping cart to suit your preferences and budget.

4. Go though our check out process and then pay.

5. We’ll create your custom gift box and have it ready for pick up or delivery on your preferred date!

The industry is experiencing unprecedented demand for flowers and plants while at the same time significant supply chain issues. This means many plant varieties are unavailable or are more expensive than usual. We appreciate your understanding and are always available to discuss options and what’s possible.

DELIVERIES

We do not deliver on Sunday, Monday or Tuesdays. For same-day local Kitchener-Waterloo deliveries orders must be received before 12:00pm, Wednesday to Friday and before 11:00am on Saturdays. Orders received after that time will be delivered the next available day possible. Next day deliveries for all orders outside of Kitchener-Waterloo, please check with our shop for same day availability. Our delivery schedule is between 11am and 4:30pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 11am to 2:30pm on Saturdays.  

All our deliveries are contactless to the front door only. Our drivers will not be entering apartments or office buildings so the person receiving the flowers must be home and able to meet our driver at the front door of their building. No deliveries to hospitals, retirement homes or long term care facilities during COVID-19. We are taking every precaution for our customers and our staff to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

All deliveries require a phone number for the person(s) receiving the flowers, as we call to arrange a delivery timeframe for all orders.

We deliver flowers in Kitchener ($10), Waterloo ($10), Conestogo ($20), Breslau ($20), Elmira ($20), Cambridge ($20), New Hamburg and area ($25), St. Jacob’s ($20), St. Agatha ($20), Elora and Fergus ($25), Guelph ($25). Please select the correct delivery option during checkout.
