fresh and renewed – antique muffin tins

July 2, 2013

Our Fresh and Renewed column is all about inspiring you to find new purposes for very day objects, old and new, that would normally be discarded, stored in a cupboard or thrown out.  And we found the perfect objects for today’s post while thrifting at the good ole Aberfoyle Market – two antique muffin tins, which I could not walk away from, so they came home with me to become vases for flowers.

These all done up with flowers would be cute as a simple table centrepiece for afternoon tea or an outdoor picnic and they are so easy to put together. I would recommend picking a few blooms from your garden to create something similar.
